A: What happens to unclaimed or overdue packages? "In order to ensure that the package is picked up in time, every 24 hours or after the free package collection period has passed, the part of the package that has not been received has expired.
If the package is not retrieved within 2 weeks after delivery, or the user cannot be contacted, MPL may need to retrieve the package to check the correct phone number for use or investigate the reason why the package was not collected. MPL will then arrange to return the unclaimed package to the sender.
